Preview: The Pro 16 Dota 2 League round one

The Pro 16 Dota 2 League kicks off this Sunday with eight mouthwatering fixtures.

Following a tightly-contested qualifying round, which saw eight sides emerge victorious, the first round proper of the league is expected to throw up some truly high-quality ‘Dota 2’ action.

The eight matches are split over two groups, with four matches kicking off at 15h00 and four clashes starting at 18h00 on Sunday, 22 October. Four of the matches will be streamed live on Mega8’s two YouTube channels, so you can witness the sickness for yourself.

In the early matches on Sunday, WRG take on NTD, Energy tackle Damage Control, Epoch Esports and Alpha Star Gaming go head-to-head, and XTC Gaming will strut their stuff against Divine//Sky Reborn.

The later matches will not let up on the action as Sinister5 and NibbLe.Horde battle it out, Aperture Gaming face Goliath Gaming, Exdee Gaming take on Goon Squad, and Bravado meet Clan-In-Progress at 18h00.
